The Rotary Club of Elkhorn invites you to their annual pancake breakfast at Elkhorn Area Middle School, Saturday, November 5, 8 a.m. - noon. Proceeds from the breakfast will benefit EASD music programs.
Your $10 ticket can be purchased at the door on November 5, or at the EASD 1887 Building, the Chamber of Commerce, or Friends on the Square.

Hope Squad's "Hope Game" is this Friday's Varsity Football Game vs. Badger. During halftime they will be hosting a Miracle Minute to raise funds to help pay for Suicide Prevention Training and resources for both the High School and Middle Schools. #goelks
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are very excited to offer parents/guardians back into the building to eat lunch with their child. With this change in procedure, we wanted to send a reminder with our lunchroom guidelines and procedures for visitors in the lunchroom.
1. Immediate family/guardian or grandparents of students permitted.
2. There are parent tables located in the back of the lunchroom where you can
sit with your child.
3. Lunch is scheduled for a 20 minute time period. Students need to return
from eating lunch with their family when their allotted lunch period is over.
4. Students may not bring friends over to eat with parents/guardians.
5. Carry in food is permitted but for parent/guardian and student only.

Students in grades 4K-8th are invited to register for the Elkhorn Cheer Kids Clinic.

The clinic will take place from 5-7 p.m. on September 14th in the Cheer Gym at Elkhorn Area High School. Participants will later perform during halftime at the September 16th Varsity Football game.
The $25 registration fee includes: A two-hour cheer clinic, game admission on September 16th, a halftime performance including cheer, jumps, dance, tumbling, and stunts, and a t-shirt and bow! Families should register by September 2nd for a guaranteed t-shirt.
Annual Returning Student Registration is now open! Please log into Family Access to get started. All returning students should have Annual Registration completed before the first day of school.

Congratulations to EAHS Automotive and Technology Education teacher Austin Thorson for being named one of 50 finalists for the 2022 Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence.
The award honors excellent teaching in skilled trades education in U.S. public high schools. Austin is now in the running for one of 20 prizes totaling $1.25 million, which will be awarded in October.
